5. Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to accept the order when it is delivered.

Repeated refusal or failure to accept confirmed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

SilkReverie reserves the right to verify COD orders by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication methods before dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver orders to the locations currently supported by SilkReverie.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Delivery-area limitations

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier may be outside SilkReverie's direct control.

7. Exchanges and Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, SilkReverie does not accept returns or exchanges on used, worn, or washed products.

Eligible exchanges or refunds may be available for:

  • Damaged or defective product.

  • Eligible size exchanges according to our Exchange & Return Policy.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags intact.
